Mass mailing

Broadcast (automated) emails are emails addressed to the whole HCP segment.

To initiate mass mailing:

1. Go to the Products section and select Shared links.

2. In the Shared links widget, click the Create button.

   

3. On the Add new shared link page, specify the product, material, start and expiry dates.

4. Click OK to finish creating the shared link.

Once the mass mailing is created, assign contacts to it. For this:

1. Go to the Contacts widget.

2. Unfold the actions menu and select Assign.

3. Select the contacts to add to the mass mailing campaign and click the Assign button.

As a result, you can send emails with the selected product to the assigned contacts in one of the following ways:

• Click the Send button on top of the Shared links widget.

• Select several contacts in the widget, unfold the actions menu, and click Send email.

Once the broadcast emails are sent, you can see the results in the New to campaign column within the Contacts widget.

If there's no consent from the contact yet, you must send them a consent form first.

If you initiate mass mailing with the Send button again, contacts with the red circle won't receive this broadcast email again. You can also assign other contacts to the mass mailing when required.
