Rep-triggered emails

Platforce CRM allows you to send targeted and personalized template-based emails to contacts. For this:

1. Go to the Contacts section.

2. Select the required contact name in the list.

3. Unfold the actions menu and select Send email.

4. In the new email form, fill in the required data:

   • Specify the email address to send the rep-triggered email from [1].

   • Select the required email template [2].

   The email Subject is filled in automatically based on the chosen template.

5. Preview your email and click OK to send it.
