# User management

Manager can edit their subordinate user profiles, update their information, password, and so on.

To manage user profiles:

  1. Go to User management > Users in the navigation menu.

  2. Click the user ID to open the user profile page.

  3. View the user contact information (phone number, language, email, role and divisions) and activity details (territories assigned, completed and planned calls, and so on).

  4. Click Reset password to reset the user password. The user receives an email with the link to change their password.

  5. Click Edit to update the user information. Scroll down the page to find more fields to edit.

  6. Make all the changes required and click Save to apply them.
