# Consent management
To see consent collection status, go to the Contacts
section and check the Consent confirmed
column.
You can send a consent form regardless of the consent status.
For new HCPs, the consent status is Not asked yet
. In this case, you can send an email to collect their consent.
To do this:
Select one or several contacts.
Unfold the actions menu and select
Send consent to contact
.
Fill in the consent form email details:
Specify the email address to send the consent form from [1].
Select the required consent template [2].
The email
Subject
is filled in automatically based on the chosen template.
- Click
OK
to send the email to the selected contacts.
As a result, the recipient receives the email with the link and can give consent for different communication channels and click Submit
to finish.
When the contact submits their consent, the status in the Consent confirmed
columen changes to Obtained
. Now, this contact is ready to receive emails/calls.
