Import

Platforce CRM allows you to import data available in the system. To do this:

1. Go to Technical tools > Import in the navigation menu.

   

2. In the import Settings widget that opens, select the template from the list of templates available in the system. Possible options are Sample, Contacts, Organizations, and alike.

3. Click the Upload button to upload a CSV file prepared for import. You can preview the CSV file data in the table below the Settings widget.

4. To import the CSV file, unfold the actions menu and select Apply. The system updates the import file mappings.

5. Click the Run import button to complete data importing.
