# Contacts

Call planning is also available in the Contacts section of the Platforce CRM system.

To do this:

  1. Go to Actions > Contacts in the navigation menu.

  2. Find the required contact in the list and click their full name to open.

  1. On the contact page, scroll down to the Calls widget.

  2. Unfold the actions menu and select Create.

  3. In the new call form, select the call type, user, contact, and planning date for the call.

  4. Use a slider to set the planned call duration.

  5. Fill in other fields if required.

  6. Click Create to finish call planning.
