# Actions

You can plan a call from the Actions section within the Platforce CRM system.

To do this:

  1. Go to Actions > Call in the navigation menu.

  2. Click the Create button.

  1. In the new call form, select the call type, user, contact, and planning date for the call.

  2. Use a slider to set the planned call duration.

  3. Fill in other fields if required.

  4. Click Create to finish call planning.

As a result, find the new call added to the list.
