# Actions
You can plan a call from the Actions
section within the Platforce CRM system.
To do this:
Go to
Actions
>Call
in the navigation menu.Click the
Create
button.
In the new call form, select the call type, user, contact, and planning date for the call.
Use a slider to set the planned call duration.
Fill in other fields if required.
Click
Create
to finish call planning.
As a result, find the new call added to the list.
