Complete remote call

To finish the remote call, tap the button in the upper-right corner. The remote call completion screen opens. Double-tap the screen and then tap Finish.

Fill in the required Call results field and tap the Complete call button in the post-call form. Now your remote call is completed. All the KPI metrics and information will be available in the Platforce CRM after the next synchronization.
