Media library

Media objects available for use in your activity within Platforce CLM are stored in Library. Use this section to view the presentations, emails, and other media available for communication.

To open your media Library, tap the respective button in the main menu.

On the page that opens, you see all materials available for use.

• To download a media objects, tap its download button [1].

• Tap Download all [2] to download all media objects at once.

• If an error occurs during the downloading process (for example, internet connection loss), tap RETRY DOWNLOAD [3] to repeat the process.

• To view the media object, tap its OPEN button [4].

To view media objects available for a specific brand, use the search box on the left sidebar of Library or select the required brand from the list.
