How to send email

Before sending an email, you must select its recipient first. For this, tap Contacts in the main menu.

Find the target contact from the list and tap the Send email button in the upper-right corner.

The list of email templates available for use opens. Select the template for your email.

The email preview opens. Check your email and tap the Send email button.

In Platforce CLM, you can keep track of all the emails sent to your contacts and check the correctness of snippets applied. To view this data, tap the Emails section.

The list of emails sent to this contact opens. In the Status column, you can see the current status of every email.
