How to collect consents

To send a consent, open the Contacts section in the main menu and select the target contact from the list.

Tap the Consent button on the contact card to unfold the consent menu.

Choose one of the following options:

• Ask online consent—to send an online consent to this contact. A special email template opens with the Consent form button. Once you tap this button, your target contact is redirected to a landing page with the consent form that they must fill out to confirm their consent.

  Tap Send file to finish sending the consent form to your target contact.

  

• Open offline form—to open an offline version of the consent form. In the opened form, fill in the contact information, and mark the consent options your contact agrees to.

  Tap the Submit button to finish the offline consent process.

  

  You can track offline consents on the contact card.

  

  Tap the Offline consents field to view details on the consents collected from your target contact. On the contact Offline consents page, you can download previously collected consent forms in PDF format.
