Start and process remote call

WARNING

Before launching the remote call, ensure a stable internet connection on your device. It is crucial as the remote call is possible online only.

To get to the remote call, find it in the Plnner or Calls section, and tap the Open button.

Now, you're in the remote call Preparation mode, where you can check the presentation specified for demonstration. Tap the START button.

The audio and video settings pop-up opens. Here, you can turn on your camera and microphone. Tap START to launch the remote call.

The remote call starts, and the participants can see your screen. Here, you have a large number of controls.

Control	Action	Notes
	View presentations available for demonstration	You can use more than one presentation in a remote call.
/	Navigate between slides	You can select the required slide number from the list or navigate to it from the navigation panel on the left side of the screen.
	Check how much time is left for the remote call	At the planning stage, you set the remote call duration. This timer counts down the time left.
	Turn the mic on	When the mic button is in the ON state, click it to mute the microphone.
	Turn the video on	When the camera button is in the ON state, click it to turn your camera off.
	Start screen sharing	Select the desktop, browser tab, or app to show. To stop sharing the screen, click this button once again.
	Activate the custom KPI collection	To finish the KPI collection, click . The collected data is stored in the CRM system.
	Enter the fullscreen mode for the presented slide and hide all the side panels	To exit the fullscreen mode, click
	Expand participants' cards to the fullscreen mode instead of the presentation demonstrated	To minimize the cards and go back to the e-Detailer, click .
	Unfold the more options menu like record a call, highlight area with a pointer, turn off incoming video, settings, or help chat with the Platforce Support team	You can apply any option available in this menu during the remote call.
	Complete the call	All attendees are redirected back to the lobby page. You can't resume this remote call.

1 - PRESENTATION SCRIPT - to view the slide notes for referencing.

2 - CHAT - to access the chat feed with the remote call participants.

3 - PARTICIPANTS - to open the participant list and hide the chat feed.
