# Start call

To start a planned call, move to the section Calls > Planned and tap the required call.

The pre-call form opens. Here, check the previously entered information, and select the target product presentation from the Products list. Once you tap the required product, a blue check mark appears to the right of the product name.

Tap the Start button to launch the call.

The GPS tracker on your device checks your location and informs you whether it corresponds to the address set for the call.

If your actual location doesn't correspond to the address specified for the Account, Platforce CLM notifies you about it. In the pop-up that appears, tap Continue to proceed with the call or Recapture coordinates to update the current address.

Once the call is started, the target product presentation opens.
