Complete call

Having shown the presentation, double-tap your device screen to open the call menu. You can choose one of the following:

• Launch another product presentation allowed for this call

• Complete to finish the call

When you tap Complete, the confirmation pop-up appears. Tap Yes to complete the presentation demonstration and finish the call or No to continue presenting.

If you tap Yes, Platforce CLM redirects you to the post-call form. Here, you must set Call results.

You can also add the call details, specify custom KPIs, and plan a next call. To do this, fill in the Next call's goal field and set the date and time for the next call.

Having filled in all the data, tap Complete call.
