Copy day

Platforce CLM allows you to copy all activities from one day to another. It's useful when you have a typical curriculum with repeated calls.

To use this feature, tap the + button and select Copy day in the unfolded menu.

In the planner sidebar that opens, set the following:

• Date from: the day which activities you want to copy.

• Date to: the target day to copy all the activities.

Tap the Copy day button. A confirmation pop-up appears with a number of calls to be copied. Tap Yes to complete activity copying to the target day.

Platforce CLM notifies you that all calls are successfully copied, and you see the icons of all call types duplicated in the calendar on the target day.
