# Plan call

To plan a call, tap the + button and select the desired call type from the unfolded menu.

In the planner sidebar that opens, specify the following call details:

  • Type: Medical, Pharmacy, OTC activity, Self-details, and so on.

  • Contact: an HCP or pharmacist.

  • Account: an organization the selected contact works in and its address.

  • Product: brand name related to the call.

  • Date and Time.

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

To finish the call planning, tap:

  • the Plan call button and return to the calendar

    OR

  • the Save and plan next call button and proceed to planning other calls.

To discard the call planning, tap Cancel.
