# Android CLM

# v4.7.4

The released 4.7.4 Android version of Platforce CLM includes the following updates:

  • New features and improvements

    • General redesign & logic update v.2 – provided new UI and widgets, refactored and modernized the current business logic.

    • Added a possibility to distribute multiple samples.

    • Added a possibility to scroll and view complete consent details.

    • Medical intake form v1. During the visits to doctors, it's essential to fill out a medical intake form to gather reports on specific products that require further processing and analysis. This process is critical for ensuring that the gathered data is thoroughly reviewed and that relevant insights are communicated back to healthcare professionals (HCPs). To support this workflow, the system needs to develop a functionality that streamlines the entire process, from form completion to data processing and communication.

By implementing this functionality, the system will support a more efficient and effective process for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on product data during medical visits, ultimately enhancing the quality of interactions with healthcare professionals and supporting better patient outcomes.

    • Restricted combining activities and visits. To mitigate the risk of parallel planning of visits and activities within the same time slot, it is imperative to implement functionality in the system that provides control and validation during scheduling.

This feature ensures that users cannot inadvertently schedule conflicting events, thereby optimizing resource allocation and maximizing efficiency.

    • GDPR. Ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) involves the crucial step of obtaining consent forms from contacts, a fundamental aspect in the lawful processing of personal data.To uphold the integrity of this compliance, it becomes imperative for organizations to not only collect initial consent but also actively manage and track the currency of these consent forms within their systems.

To address this ongoing requirement, the system architecture must incorporate functionalities that go beyond mere data collection. Specifically, there's a need for a robust mechanism that monitors the validity period of consent forms. This involves implementing a system-wide notification feature that proactively alerts users about the approaching expiration date of consent forms.

Moreover, the system must emphasize the significance of this metric, ensuring that it's prominently displayed in the user interface. This not only serves as a visual cue for users but also emphasizes the critical role that the consent form currency plays in maintaining the GDPR compliance.

    • Call making flexibility. To enhance flexibility and effectiveness during visits within the system, we introduced a pivotal functionality to add more contacts to a visit.

This feature empowers users to dynamically adjust and augment their visit structure based on evolving circumstances. Additionally, the system will facilitate the swift modification of visit types, allowing users to adapt seamlessly to changing situations.

The incorporation of the ability to add extra contacts to a visit promotes a more inclusive approach, enabling users to account for various stakeholders and decision-makers during interactions.

    • Visual rescheduling function. To enable efficient rescheduling of visits within the calendar interface, we introduced a feature that allows for quick transfer of visits from one day to another without the need to navigate to visit forms.

This enhancement streamlines the process of adjusting visit schedules, enabling users to adapt to changing circumstances promptly and without unnecessary delays.

    • Plan visits from Contact profile. Modified the behavior of the Create a visit button to conveniently plan visits directly from the Contact profile. Instead of creating ad-hoc visits only, you can now schedule visits at your convenience, making visit planning more flexible and aligned with your workflow.

    • Exploratory appointments feature. To expand the functionality of the system and support the workflow for managing Leads, we added this feature with a dedicated Leads entity. This enhancement lets MedReps track and manage potential leads more effectively, with seamless navigation to the related Contact for a streamlined workflow.

By introducing Leads as a new entity and enabling seamless navigation to Contacts, the system enhances the workflow of MedReps and supports comprehensive lead management activities. This expansion improves efficiency, fosters better engagement with potential opportunities, and ultimately drives business growth.

  • Bug fixes & upgrades

    • Upgraded the logic for Target Frequency, Sample ordering, and Territory visit planning modules.

    • Added a possibility to edit the signature for calls with the End later status.

    • Added support of HTML tags for offline consents.

# v4.7

The released 4.7 Android version of Platforce CLM includes the following updates:

  • New features and improvements

    • Check in/Check out feature. The main purpose is to control the conduct of the visit. For pharma companies, it's important to be sure that the visit took place directly at the contact's place of work.

Whenever user performs the check-in action, Platforce captures the current or cached coordinates of the latest field force user's location and compares them to the account's address coordinates. The allowable discrepancy between these coordinates is specified in meters in the Check-in verification range system setting.

    • Redesigned the User activity list and Activity screens.
