TIP
On the first Platforce CLM launch, allow Platforce CLM access to your device location. For this, turn on GPS tracking.
To start working in Platforce CLM:
Tap the Platforce CLM shortcut on your screen.
Enter your credentials: username and password.
Tap
Login.
You can select the Remember user radio button to log in not entering your credentials further.
Tap Forgot password? to reset your password if required.

On the first login, Platforce CLM asks you to set and confirm a PIN code to the app. It allows you to use only a 4-digit PIN code instead of entering the login/password each time.
TIP
If your working session without quitting exceeds 72 hours, the system asks for your confirmation to prolong the session (authorization with login/password).
Once authenticated, the synchronization with the server starts automatically. It's a way to download all the data necessary for your work from the server to your device.
TIP
We recommend performing synchronization twice per working day – at the beginning and the end.
After successful synchronization, your Platforce CLM is ready for work.
